What we collect
Talent applications: player name, year of birth, nationality, country of residence, position, club, level, optional video link, contact details and, for applicants under 18, parent or guardian name and email.
Investor access requests: name, email, organisation, role, jurisdiction, investor category, indicative ticket range and any message provided.
Why we process it
To assess applications and requests, to contact the applicant or their guardian, and to comply with sporting, safeguarding and financial-regulatory obligations. The legal bases are consent, legitimate interest in evaluating a request, and compliance with legal obligations.
Submitted data is never sold and is not used for advertising.
Retention and access
Records are stored in access-controlled systems and kept only as long as needed for the assessment and for applicable legal retention periods, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be sent to the data protection contact, which will be published here before the platform goes live.
