AUREA Football Group is a talent development and services company. It does not act as a football agent and does not perform any activity reserved to licensed agents.

Licensed partners only
Player representation, contract negotiation, transfer intermediation and any other regulated activity are carried out exclusively by independent licensed agents and law firms, under their own licence and their own separate written mandate with the player or the club.
AUREA receives no fee that is contingent upon a transfer, and does not remunerate partners for directing a player towards any specific representative.
Compliance framework
Activities are designed to comply with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations, the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players — including the provisions on the international transfer and first registration of minors — and applicable national federation rules.
Third-party ownership and third-party influence over clubs or players are excluded by design.
Relocation of minors
AUREA does not relocate minors for football purposes. Development work with players under 18 takes place within their existing environment, with the involvement of the family and the club, and any cross-border step is subject to the applicable federation authorisation process.
